Sumac

Sumac rhus coriaria comes from berries (fruits) of bushy shrubs of the Anacardiaceae family reaching from 0. 5m to 3m. These berries are dried and crushed to obtain a coarse-grained brown-red powder. Culinary use as the main acidic ingredient, which can replace lemon juice or vinegar.
